Please read these carefully. By clicking in the «i accept the terms and conditions» button you accept the present general terms and conditions (GTC).
The prices and the delivery cost participation applied to your order may change from time to time. The current range of products and prices are displayed on my website.
The prices quoted in Swiss Francs (CHF) are inclusive value-added tax (VAT) and apply to all countries including Switzerland.
Portrayal of Illustrations
Every effort has been made to portray the illustrations accurately. Slight variations may occur. Please note there may be colour variations due to color appearance depending on screen, print, paper and natural variations.
The presentation of the products in my online shop is not a binding contract offer on my part, but is only a non-binding invitation for the customer to order goods. By ordering the desired goods the customer makes a binding offer to enter into a sales contract.
When you place an order with Nadine Rasumowsky Illustration & Design, I send you an e-mail with a receipt confirming your order and listing the details. (order confirmation)
In providing the goods for dispatch or by deliveries of the goods by the publisher, the sales contract is regarded as closed.
The availability of the desired product is subject to alterations at any time. I reserve the right to refuse orders without giving reasons.
The goods are shipped properly packaged by mail/postal service to customers worldwide.
Due to individual printing of posters, orders placed on my website are processed once a week and I aim to dispatch orders within 10 working days. Once dispatched you should receive your item within 7 - 10 days within Switzerland. Longer delivery times have to be expected for international orders. On some occasions it may take longer and I apologise for any inconvenience caused.
In case of delivery from switzerland to addresses in other countries, additional costs may be incurred (customs, VAT, service charges) on the import into the destination country. these additional costs vary according to the local laws and regulations in the destination country and the weight and value of the shipment and will be charged to the customer or the recipient receiving the goods.
Terms of payment
Customer deliveries occur only against advance payment. This can be provided as follows: credit card
Returns and approval returns
If you are unhappy with a product, please notify within 7 days of receiving your order at email@example.com and let me know why you would like to return your item.
If your return is approved, items must be returned in perfect and salable condition together with the original packaging and I will offer you an exchange or refund depending on the nature of the return. The items return at the expense are risk of the customer.
Returns must be sent to the address from which the delivery of the goods was carried out. This is the return address on the package, or on the delivery note.
Please do not send the item back until you have contacted me first. No refunds or exchanges will be made for items returned without prior communication and agreement.
If a product arrives damaged, I will replace it, if you let me know via e-mail the latest within 3 days from receipt of the product with a photo of the damaged good. I will inform you how to proceed further with the damaged goods. Please do not send me unsolicited goods back.
Refunds or credits as a result of exchange or return due to damaged goods, occur exclusively to the bank account, through which the payment was settled.
Governing law. Place of jurisdiction
This contract is subject to Swiss law. Sole place of jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland.
